Thanksgiving, Volleyball, and More!

So I tried out for 3 different volleyball teams last weekend, and.......well....one of them was bogus, since the coach who would coach my team coaches at my high school. So it's recruiting. Whatever. So after making the other two, I decided, after much contemplation, so stay with the club I've been with for the last 2 years.

Thanksgiving
This year for Thanksgiving, we went to some friends' house. We had turkey and all the fixin's, and we played a lot of Disney Scene It. But since we didn't have anything at our house, mom's cooking a turkey, stuffing, and pie so that we can have leftovers. I can make Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwiches!!!!! I love Thanksgiving....................now I get to watch college football!!!

Today I tried out for Varsity volleyball at my school. Tryouts are over a span of about 3-4 days, so I don't know if I've made it or not yet!! This is just like softball. I think I was one of the better ones there, (my grade, anyway) so I'm feeling pretty confident. I almost positive I made at least JV, if not Varsity.

Yesterday I tried out for the club volleyball team I was on last year, and I made the younger team. Today I am trying out for the older teams, and I am really nervous!!!!!! One of them is from 10-1 at a different club than last year, and then there's one from 6-9 at the same club as last year. I hope to make it, but there will be a lot of girls trying out, because the club I want to make is pretty well known, and there are some pretty good girls around here.

Only one hour until we leave for the first tryout!!! Eeeeek!!!

Volleyball Tryouts This Weekend!!!!

This weekend I will be trying out for 2 club volleyball teams. And with my knee good as new, I think I will do very well. I am trying out for the team I was on last year, because my birthday is on the cutoff date. Wish me luck this weekend!!!!
